and their beloved home at Lakeside Cottage in Lily Dale.
The family of Jan Cooke invites you to a

memorial service on July 4th, 2024 @ 2:00pm
at the Assembly Hall in Lily Dale, New York
A reception will follow at the Lyceum Building.

Directions to Universal Unity of Spirit: From I-90, Exit 59/Fredonia, left at light onto Rt. 60. Drive 7.9 miles south on Rt 60 (Main St Cassadaga) to 89 N. Main St. across from the Kwik Fill Gas Station.. UUofSpirit is the small chalet building at the end of the parking lot. Directions From Lily Dale, proceed down Dale Dr to Rt. 60 (Main St.) turn left and the 3rd building across from Kwik Fill is Universal Unity of Spirit .
